The Marceline Difference

Today, all coffee roasters use the same types of commercial roasters and the same techniques to roast their coffee. They may go on and on about how their coffee is different, but they all use the same roasting styles and machines. Our coffee is always hand crafted in Victorian Era Fire Roasters. These cast iron roasters expose the beans to the fire, thus caramelizing their natural sugar, all the while adding a smoky body that cannot be duplicated with modern roasters. The resulting coffee is rich, full bodied, and has a smooth finish with subtle chocolate undertones. Step back in time to 1910 and enjoy our hand crafted coffee.
